I have used many different kinds of baking chocolate over the years and these Ghiradelli ones are simply the best. It doesn't crack or fall apart when you bite into a chocolate covered strawberry and other treats, and the flavor is the best. This size at Sam's is such a good deal and we will be buying every year now!

I dipped some peanut butter crackers with the Ghirardelli white melting wafers and it was the perfect mixture of salty and sweet. It was also a super easy recipe that only took about 20 minutes. I was looking for some fun holiday content to cover on the blog and in the interim discovered my new favorite holiday cookie/crackers!

Terrible product this year. Used it in years past with much success. The dark chocolate wafers melted fine. These never get to the dipping consistency. If you want a big blob of unattractive, not terribly good tasting white chocolate on your strawberries/pretzels, etc, this would be great, if you want something that tastes good and looks good, look for something else.
