Ghirardeli makes some of the best chocolate! This dark melting chocolate is very smooth and not quite as intense as some dark chocolate. I love it.

This is NOT REAL CHOCOLATE. It is like almond bark, but so much better. I make candy for a living and if they carried this year round, I would never use anything else.

I love Ghirardelli melting wafers, I only wish Sams had the milk chocolate flavor too.
