I make my own dried candied cherries and decided they would be even better being dipped in Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate. They were.

So good that I think we ate more then we melted for the candy. Great buy! We will get this again and again.

I expect these melting wafers in dark chocolate will be exceptionally good considering they come from the great chocolate maker Ghirardelli

Melt in microwave very creamy. Directions are on bag. I dipped strawberries in the chocolate. Very creamy chocolate.
