excellent texture the way I like a rice. Easy to cook without getting too hard/undercooked or too soft.

it's good rice. what else is there to say. personally, I mix this with Jasmine rice to spread out the amount of rice I have left.

Have used this rice for many years and has a wonderful flavor. Use with chicken or beef stock for a nice kick.

Infested with weevils. 1st 20 lb bag was excellent. But 2nd bag was infested with weevils. Caused me a lot of work. And expense.

It’s been years buying this rice and I would not change it for any other brand. Flavor, scent, texture… everything is perfect.
