Not as economical as going to a store and buying but, if you don't live near an Indian store, this is a good alternative.

If your using an instapot about 2.5 cups of water to 2 cups of rice works. Rinsing the rice twice makes a big difference.

The plastic bag containing the rice has a tear at the top. Not sure anymore about the quantity or quality of rice in it
