Awful good, good purchase!

It is good but the previous khazana basmati was better

I had not opened up the bag for a week or 2 because i still had some rice left. But when i finally cut open the plastic sealed bag inside the potato sack that they come in i had scooped out 2 cups and put it in the pan i was cooking it in and noticed right away that it had lots of black bugs moving around. Then i checked the rest in the bag and it also had several bugs in it. I had to throw out all of the rice and make something else. Ive never ever bought rice with any bugs inside.

Absolutely Horrible! It smelled and tasted horrible. My family eats rice everyday with lunch and dinner, it smelled like clean motor oil and had a weird taste. This is the alpha and omega for us trying basamati rice, never again. We purchased it because it was all that was in stock during the Wuhan Flu Pandemic. My son said he'd rather eat lawn clippings before this stuff.

I have been eating Jasmine rice for over 30 years. My Sam’s was temporarily out of Jasmine rice and I had been wanting to try Basmati rice so I got a sack. It is so good especially If you like rice that doesn’t stick together. It makes great fried rice. Wash it very thoroughly to get the starch out. I use a rice cooker and use less water than they call for. I use 1-3/4 cups water to 1-cup rice.

This rice cooks up fluffy with just the right amount of "sticky" to it. Those that use rice for different dishes, or on its own will understand that description. It has a mild taste and just a little bit sweet. For me its the best rice because its a good taste on its own but works so well in many different dishes. It doesn't clump up like the insant rice does.

Used to be good basmati rice few months ago on old packaging. Now this new packaging does not taste as good as old one.

I love this Basmati Rice, it's so delicious. Don't hesitate, it's the best! And I love these large bags, with enough to last for a while.
