I loved this basmati rice by Royal it cooked quick and directions on the bag were so simple my 3 year old could do it! I like that the bag has a resealable tape to keep it closed between uses, which also allowed you to roll the bag down to make it smaller as you use it. I will definitely buy this brand again, and I would not hesitate to try other rice varieties from Royal.

You gotta do what you gotta do as a hedge against inflation! Rice prices have gone through the roof in the last year or so and 20 pounds of rice will last me a loooooooong time! But at this price, after rebagging it in FoodSaver vacuumed bags, it won't go stale and I will have top quality rice whenever I want it. Even with the cost of repackaging, it's a real bargain at this price. That, plus the burlap bag with a red plastic zipper across the top makes a great book bag! What could be better than that?
