i like the royal basmati rice and its one of my favourite brand. It has little aroma in it and everyone in my family loves it, since majority of meal in our indian culture eat rice with spices and curry.

Use rice cooker to make. Two part water or chicken broth - one heaping part of rice. (Chicken broth makes it taste better.) Usually works with me with all the the rice I have used. The bag can also be repurposed if one is into repurposing.

The burlap bag this rice comes in reeks of crude oil. It made the entire 20lbs unusable because there was a hole in the plastic lining bag. They need to figure out a better way to contain their product.

I recently took an Indian cooking class from a local Indian chef. This is the brand of rice he uses. He said a wealthy family in India would buy this brand of rice because it is the best. I was happy to find it at Walmart online. It is delicious.

Beware: those rice are from India and very dirty, the water I used to wash those rice always become yellow or black color. I have to wash at least 4 -5 time before cooking.

This drive is soft, 1 cup of rice to 1.25cup of water, cooker using rice cooker, tastes perfect! This rice doesn't turn to starch so it wont turn to sugar. I strongly recommend.

Best rice ever I used, and cooked perfectly, with each single grain seperate and realy long grain with perfect rice aroma. I love it. And despite of great quality available at incredibly low price.

I have used only this rice for 10 years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will not go back to my other rice as long as I can buy this! Cooks perfectly and has a better taste.

This is excellent basmati rice. I would buy it again. From Sam club though. Walmart price now $28? Unbelievable. Was $20 last week. Come on Walmart.com
