[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] GIRLIES! When I say this is the best rice I’ve ever experienced— holy goodness, it is! My entire family immediately noted the difference. We normally use long grain rice or short green rice but this basmati is my new favorite thing. Based on my family‘s reaction to it it looks like we’re gonna be getting a lot more of it. Highly recommend it’s perfectly fluffy and super flavorful for a white rice.

We eat this rice on a daily basis. We ordered from Walmart only once when it was out of stock in all other places. But it was little pricey than Indian stores and Costco. The delivery was delayed for few days but bag was in good condition. Will order again if needed.

First I read all the bad reviews, so i went thru half the bag, and found no bugs or dirt. I could not smell anything dry , so i cooked a cup full on the stove. Use 2 cups of water. Brought to a broil and than simmer for 17 min. Turn off heat let sit for 5 minutes. Smelled wonderful. Fuffy and tender with nice size grain. This is good rice for 1.00 a pound.

I love this rice. I had been buying it for years at Sams but since I moved to Florida I haven’t had a membership there. It was hard to find. I am sure it will take me a while but I will eat it all eventually. First time to get a bag this large. I love rice though so no problem.

This is very good quality rice in this bag. I have a large rice container into which I store the contents. The surviving bag is made of jute (gunny sack) so I use it for shopping. It even has a zipper on top. This spring I learned you can grow vegetables in gunny sacks so I will try that this year. Online container bags are EXPENSIVE. The only negative I have is their website has different prices for the same bag! The local Walmart store always offers the bag for just under $20. for 20 pounds.

This rice smells great cooking. Love using Tasmania rice when I make India and Orientall dishes. Love the new packaging as easy to spot on the shelf. Great recordable bag!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I woke up sick today with a craving for chicken and rice soup. I used my rice cooker and cooked the rice first. I love plain white rice and was able to settle my stomach with the rice before adding it to the soup. The rice itself held up so well in the broth. I brought some to work and absolutely loved it reheated as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love Royal White Basmati Rice in our house. I use it to make all sorts of things from sweet to savory. We made a delicious cinnamon rice pudding that the kids devoured. In this picture you see I’ve used it for red rice. It’s great in dolma (stuffed grape leaves) and really anything you need. Tastes great and cooks up really nicely. Highly recommend!

this company has consistency problems. a 20lbs nov'2019 packed sack from cost co had zero fragrance, lacked hint of almond husk flavor and a starchy chew. my guess is this batch (left) was domestic usa grown and not actually imported from india where the authentic (right) stuff is grown. don't get me wrong, the rice i got was fresh and good quality, but if you are looking for real basmati, i would not trust this brand anymore.

The rice cooked through good and was perfect for my bowl. It has a pleasant smell and taste, so I am satisfied. It was the perfect size for my taco bowl.
