As a Latina coffee lover, Café Bustelo is a staple in my kitchen. The flavor is bold, rich, and full of character just how we like it. The aroma alone wakes up the whole house. The packaging is classic and the amount you get for the price is amazing. This coffee feels like home in every cup.

I really like dark roast coffee, but many of them are bitter. Even the "gourmet" blends. This Cafe Bustelo is smooth , but I can't speak to what it's like black. I use half 'n' and sweetener! Even so, I have a very discerning palate and can taste the actual coffee quite well. If you like dark roast and can't always grind beans for a drip coffee maker, which I like to do when time permits, these K-cups are my daily "go-to."

As a coffee connoisseur, certain things are very important to me and my family. When I found Cafe Bustelo in K-cups, I was thrilled to be able to add such delighting Cuban flavors It has the rich, deep coffee flavor, and the scent is wonderful to wake to.

I grew up drinking this perfectly blended coffee and now am very glad that I can get it in K-cups in order to brew the same on my Kurig coffee maker. 4 oz. of water for espresso brew, and six ounces for coffee & milk blend. Enjoy !

We had been under the spell of the "Twin-tailed mermaid, or Siren" brand of coffee shops for years but the price finally got to us. We purchased a K-cup machine and now enjoy the same (if not better) coffee in our home for 1/10th the price. While I enjoy the Café Bustelo Espresso Style Coffee my wife is able to enjoy her French vanilla latte with the simple change of the k-cup & a couple of pumps of vanilla & the Sam's Club Price is the best we have found along with fast delivery.

Best coffee on the market if you enjoy a nice, strong brew with a robust flavor!

Smooth. Not bitter. However, the keurig cups don't seem to have as much coffee in the units as before

I was disappointed in the strength of the coffee. I wish they had something stronger that was more like a Cuban coffee.

Chat was fine. She was polite but she couldn’t help me. I received notification that an order I placed was delivered but it wasn’t. When I checked online I saw that it had been “returned started “. Very annoying. All chat rep could do was confirm that my items were indeed being returned, by the carrier and that I could expect a refund within 5 to 7 days. She had no other information and no other way to help me get my items. I told her, and I understand that it’s not her fault, that I am extremely disappointed in the entire process. I upgraded my account in order to take advantage of the advertised free shipping for plus members. I feel like I have been ripped off. I didn’t get my items. I got no explanation and no compensation for the inconvenience. But I did get charged for the upgrade and for the items that I have to reorder and wait a week for a refund for. Irritating.
