I usually don't have troubles falling asleep. My issue is, when I want to move my bedtime earlier, I always wake up between 1-4AM and many times can't fall back asleep for hours. I havent had a bad dream in many years. I tried this the first night and fell asleep but had a night mare. Didnt think much of it but it happened again on night 2.
