Not only did this not work at all, for the two nights I tried it, it made me sick to my stomach. Felt really terrible in the morning due to lack of sleep and nausea. Total waste of $20.

These worked so well when times I have a really hard time falling asleep they put me right to see, in about 10 to 15 minutes which is nice that gives me time to go to the bathroom and fluff my pillow

This product has a good amount of melatonin in it, so it works like a dream. I prefer the green variety; but love both. I had no idea there was a bigger size than the 30 count! I would purchase those sizes, were I to find it!!

I was hesitant about taking any sleep aid, however this particular one works fast and it's effective. It does help me fall asleep but it doesn't keep me sleep. Still worth it tho.

Magic! It lulled me to sleep like iwas a wee child. I stayed asleep nearly all night for the most part. I highly recommend this product if you have a hard time sleeping but don't want to be punched in the face by a non time release sleep aid. A+++
