I bought it for my husband and he really likes it. Works well and buying the twin pack saved me a little money.

This is a great product. The tubes are large; that's nice. The smell is not bad; it will dissipate. The overall result for the pain, works.

I used Ben Gay ultra strength to ease back, arm, and chest pain resulting from acute bronchitis. I used it once. Then six hours later applied it again. It immediately turned red and burning, so I washed it off as quickly as I could - but not soon enough! It caused 2nd degree burns over the whole area where it had been applied. I am still hurting badly after 3 weeks, prednisone and Rx pain killers from my family doctor. I have never had sensitive skin or skin allergies of any kind! I did not know until AFTER using it that the FDA warms about this possibility. There should be a warning on the packaging to try it on a small area. BEWARE!!!

I have been using this product, for two days, for neck pain. It hasn't done anything but smell. I've applied it to the painful area and nothing. This product doesn't work. It doesn't even feel like it's doing anything. It just stinks. A waste of money.

I used BENGAY Ultra Strength on my backache and muscle aches. It was easy to apply and I could feel it working immediately. It relieved both my backache and muscle aches. I used the product at night due to the strong odor. I am not sure that I would use this product during the day due to the strong smell, however I would not hesitate to if it was odorless or had less of a strong smell due to the fact that it was effective in relieving my pain. I would recomme_nd this product.

i'm new to using topical analgesics, but was I pretty happy with the Bengay Ultra Strength. There was no greasiness, and while the odor is strong, it`s not unpleasant or painful. I felt relief within minutes of applying it, and it made it easier to fall and stay asleep. I definitely plan to recommend this product to my friends and family, especially those that work in a field like construction, in the hopes that it will help relieve their chronic muscle aches.
