I used bengay on my knee and back for aches and pain and i love it .It works fast on relieving the pain and aches so you can get back to enjoying your life.

I garden is the springtime, and summer. So from all the bending over and weeding I di, I get minor backache and knee pain. BenGay Ultra Strength applied before I go to bed really does help me to wake up pain free.
