It's a pretty good cream for short to medium pain relief. It gets nice and hot pretty quickly but I would recommend wrapping the area after applying to trap it in. I would buy it again and I recommend.

It is a great product that I can use immediately for pain. I was not a fan of the smell. It was a strong smell but it can be a helpful product as long as you are not extremely active while wearing the product.
