I actually enjoyed using this, the smell was pleasant and it does work. I used it on my neck muscle which I could not move and it took about a minute and I was able to move it again.

I use this all the time and usually have to wrap my leg or foot up with something while Bengay is on. But it always has helped my pain go away. Very satisfied with it and I Highly recommend.

I tried it on my knee and the pain almost instantly went away and I had my daughter try it she felt the same it is an awesome product I will recomme_nd this to everyone.

It’s a pretty good cream for short to medium pain relief. It gets nice and hot pretty quickly but I would recommend wrapping the area after applying to trap it in. I would buy it again and I recommend.

Ben gay worked well for me. Helps your peek pain in arthritis. I have fibromyalgia and on medication for it. Bengay also releaves mussle pain on my shoulders
