It really helped relieve my hand pain and elbow pain but i also used it on my shoulder blades and it really helped to relieve the pain. I would be careful of the odor though if I was going out or to work.

I've been using this product for years and so has my family, and it's been a wonderful solution to a majority of muscle aches or soreness any of us experience.

I received this product in the mail to try. It worked great on my back and joint pain. I liked to use it mostly at night so I could sleep better. It works and I would recomme_nd it.

I use this consistently on my neck, shoulder, and back pain. It gives me instant relief in those areas for a good 2-4 hours, after which I would need to reapply. The only thing is that it does have a very strong smell that can be overpowering.

I was pleased with the pain relieving aspect of the product, and as long as I applied the product when I was staying home, I did not mind the odor. I probably won`t use it if I am planning on going out though.

After trying Ultra Strength BenGay I found it to be very effective on my joints and muscle pain. The odor is a little strong but I like the odor smells like mentholated cream. This product is non-greasy and is a very good pain relieving cream.

I am a runner and a cyclist. I have mild arthritis in my knees so after my runs I rub my knee area down with Bengay. I am not thrilled with the smell of the product but it does provide a bit of relief.
