I get moderate joint pain in my knees and elbows during exercise or strenuous activity. I applied BENGAY ultra Strength to the areas and it immediately started working. I received Ultra Strength BENGAY, courtesy of Brand Power Home Testing. The scent is VERY strong... it didn't bother me, but it gave my fiance a terrible headache. I am exceptionally active for a woman in my 40's (I am a homesteader, and my job requires me to tote a 40-45 pound backpack and continually stand, climb, or "power walk" for up to 17 hours in a day). I get about 6 hours of relief, while I am active, and around 8 hours of relief while relaxed (for instance, at bedtime).

I love Bengay Ultra Strength pain relieving cream. I sit at a desk all day and when I get home I use this to help with my shoulders and it works fast. I don`t think it is too strong of a smell and like how easy it is to rub in. I would highly recomme_nd this product over ones like it.

I am reading these reviews for ultra strength and I am thinking I must have gotten the new stuff. It is hot, like I was beginning to get worried that is how I wound up on Ben gay's site looking for relief/directions. I am ASSUMING Ultra means HOT HOT HOT and the next one down should be milder. If you have back or neck pain you have my guarantee you will not be thinking about it for good hot while.

Bengay Ultra Strength really works and overall I was impressed. As soon as you o_pen the box the smell brings you back but I like it. Sad but couldn`t use it but at night and then had to wash it off in the morning or else everyone could smell it. For my joint pain, that I get from day to day activities and working out it worked well. I think it`s worth the try just remember to wash your hands or put it on using gloves like I did.

I have used this product three times now, twice for back pain & once on my foot. It worked quickly & relieved both types of muscle aches. The smell did not bother me, it did not feel greasy. I would prefer it in a roll on so I didn`t have it all over my hands.

I used this brand before, it worked for me. My mom loves it too. This time I tried this sample and it worked again. I can`t stand the smell, in fact, in my opinion, no smell, not working. Maybe because of my culture, we think good medicine won`t smell or taste good. I don`t care much about the smell as long as it works well.

Once I received the product I tried it right away as I was having joint pain at the time in my knees. The tingling and the relief felt great and last a long time. I would love it more if it were odorless, or even pleasant smelling because the smell is quite strong. It`s a good product.
