Coconut cream is spoiled even though it hasn't past expiry date. The cream separated to just oil and water in the can. Its still edible though it didn't taste like what a real coconut cream should be.

The price was great, but the product was below par. While not expired, the coconut milk seemed to be old. This was my first time to buy non-organic; perhaps that was the difference. But the milk had separated into solid and water, and did not blend properly in the blender.

Thai Kitchen full fat coconut milk is fabulous to use to make a homemade DF whipped cream. We also use this to make our homemade ice cream in the summer, hot cocoa in the winter, and as the cream for soups and sauces. The price is excellent and the quality is high.

I love this canned coconut milk. Obviously, it has a lot more fat than the bottled versions, but that’s helpful in a lot of recipes. Buying it in a small case from Sam’s Club is the most cost-effective way I’ve found to purchase canned coconut milk.

When a non lactose recipe just has to have some “oomph” that would require heavy cream, try Thai Coconut Milk. We are finding that it makes cakes and puddings more moist and creamy than regular almond or cashew milk. Good for coffee creamer also. Don’t be put off by the clumps! They go away with heat.

Of all the canned coconut milk I have tried, this product is the best. Non GMO is a bonus. Unsweetened Thai coconut milk is thick with about 1/4 coconut cream in each can. I shake before opening and refrigerating to keep it mixed. I use 2 TBS in my expresso every morning. I like it better than real cream. I also use this to make Thai Shrimp Curry Soup, Chia pudding, and pumpkin pie. This is the only Canned coconut milk I will buy.

I use a lot of canned coconut as I put the can in the refrigerator overnight. The next morning I put the solidified coconut cream in one container and the liquid in another. The solid I use in my coffee. The liquid is great as is for a refreshing drink or coconut taste in smoothies. I like this brand the best!

I've purchased Thai Kitchen coconut milk many times, but my last case seemed to respond different when I used it in curry, and it was lumpy when I tried to whip it for another recipe. Never had this happen before, but we shall see how the next case is. Usually this coconut milk is super thick and creamy.
