The tampons are plastic for easy application and they are very absorbent. I love the braided string for extra absorbency. This is my GO to tampons.

It's a cute and compact package with multiple sizes which is so helpful! I do wish they had a little more absorbance, but you can only expect so much from a tampon, and usually had to use a pad in addition to them.
