The box includes 8-light 18-regular and 8- super this is a good value because you do not have to buy multiple boxes as your flow changes. The tampons are clearly labeled so you can see which absorbency you are using. The tampons are comfortable to use and I did not have any leaking or foul odors. I am very satisfied with these tampons and I will continue to use products from Tampax in the future.

Regular for lighter days and super for when you need a little more protection. They are marked with an R or S on the wrapper so you can’t mix them up by mistake.

I get MAYBE 4 hours out of these before I start leaking for no reason and have to switch. I do not have this problem with other brands. The string is really nice though. Easy to grip.

The applicator makes for painless quick application and they last me a little longer than a tampon normally would which is nice not having to change it as frequently. Great absorption, don’t get leakage in my underwear
