I tend to use the “super” and “super plus” where as my teenage daughter tends to use the “regular” size and occasionally the “super” size. The smooth plastic applicator makes for easy comfortable use. These tampons provide great protection. Great for when you are very active (like sports or working out in the gym). We are constantly on the go with travel basketball, and it’s not uncommon for me to have additional teenage girls with me. So having this box with us while traveling has been a life saver on so many occasions.

The "leakguard" technology they mention is just a nicely braided string, but so far it has been surprisingly effective. I wish I had these in my earlier days, because it would have made life so much more stress free. I do wish that they would not make the outer wrappers with white as the base color. It would be so much better if they were a dark color like black or navy to blend in with your jeans. I don't particularly care if people see me holding a tampon, but I also don't feel I have to broadcast it in a crowded office or restaurant, and it would be nice to be able to stick a dark blue or black wrapper in my jeans pocket and be on about my business without any fuss.

Both in the very beginning and then like the two days after that there is a variety for those months that the flow is just really really heavy or it works nicely when I have my period and it's the summer and I want to swim.

Having a pack that gives you seven different sizes to choose from is super convenient. For the heavier days to the lighter days you don’t have to buy so many different boxes.
