They are very absorbent and don't leak throughout the day, which makes me confident when I wear white pants. They have a leakguard braid to help stop leaks, except when you are having a seriously heavy menstrual cycle. Then the super absorbance still doesn't work well. I am changing the tampon every couple of hours using the super absorbancey. Otherwise they are great!! They are comfortable to wear.
