Really good on heavy days but it will hurt to insert if you’re on a lighter day. I got it leaked a few times from sleeping overnight but otherwise no leakage.

The fit, protection, and ease of use of the Ultra Pearl is great. In addition to the traditional use, my gynecologist suggested them for a non traditional use after having to take several enemas to protect against leakage there as well.

Ever since i had a stupid copper IUD years ago that also took a fallopian tube, my flow is very heavy. These are a lifesaver! And so are Megafoods Bloodbuilder pills. IUDs are terrible.

Absorbency and leakage protection is great because of the shape of the cotton and the braided string. The applicator is comfortable and has easy grip.

Great price and for every flow type. Very comfortable, and I love the plastic application. I don't even feel them. I especially love the light, regular, and heavy sizes. So comfy and reliable have worn used them to sleep.

It is difficult to insert. I'm not sure why they discontinued the compak brand. It was my first and only tampon product. I hate the new pearl and will now switch to playtex instead.

Great for regular flow period. Easy application comfortable wear. No weird fragrance. These have the leakguard protection weaving to help prevent accidents.

These are amazing. Has great absorbency and does not have leakage. Very comfortable. Very simple to applicant. And has great older control. Would recommend. 

I am part of an overlooked demographic that uses feminine products . I am a bio male living as a female and one of the ways we like to feel more like a female is to use tampons. I have been using tampons for over 6 years and love the feel of these.
