Tampax Super are great for heavy days. Tampax hands down makes the best applicators; painless and easy glide. No pinching with insertion. They provide excellent protection, but I do always where a liner just in case.

I've always been a fan of the tampox cardboard super size. I've never had any issues with leakages and always felt that it was very comfortable and absorbed well. I like that it comes in a cardboard sleeve so that I can also recycle it.

Absorption is great with this product but insertion can be uncomfortable. The barrel is long which is ideal compared to plastic applicators. Not my favorite.

I personally don’t use tampons anymore due to the risk of toxic shock syndrome and the ingredients in them. I did not like the fact that this brand has lots of chemicals like bleaching the cotton. Personally wouldn’t use this brand.
