The tampon itself is very absorbent and I feel secure. The cord is strong and thick. I like this multi pack because I often go through both of these absorbencies in my cycle. I love that I have a variety for light to heavy flows. They fit true to size and holds everything in . These are great tampaxes.

I recently purchased a couple of boxes of these stocking up and they were on sale. They did not help at all I was a mess. Totally unprotected the leak guard absorbed, but was a joke. The tampon itself did not absorb. There's no way 8 hours of protection would happen . They were not expanding thus leakage lots of leakage! In an hour! I was shocked! I was in a store and had to stop and correct the very serious situation. I had to buy tampax sport right then and there. Those babies work! I am really sad I bought pearl in bulk. I would not buy again or recommend. I can however recommend the Kotex U sport panty liners as well. Those were life savers today too!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax Pearl is my go to brand because they are super comfortable. The applicator is easy to use and the super are perfect for the first couple of days of my period. Easy to put into my bag and bring with them when I go out. Recommend.
