It has the regular, super, and super plus which makes it great for all the different stages of flow type. It was very easy to use and feels comfortable to do all my regular activities throughout the day. I didn't find the need to use a pad too since I was changing as needed and also because of using the right tampon during the right flow that I was experiencing. I definitely recommend to buy the variety trio pack.

For my cycle, I wish the variety pack included more light tampons and less supers. I love the tampon wrapper, the smooth applicator and the fact that these don't leak down the string. Plus they are so comfortable to wear! I wish there was an organic option, but I still only will wear these.

I do not have to change my tampon during my workday at all usually, and can sleep comfortably knowing there will be no leaking overnight.
