So, I decided to try the Tampax Pearl Ultra size, as my flow is heavier after having two children. I was slightly apprehensive when I first saw the applicator, but found with a little patience (and slow breathing), I was able to insert them with little trouble. What really surprised me is how little I actually feel the tampon itself. If you have a really heavy flow, I'd definitely suggest giving the Ultra absorbency a go.

I would personally take a couple from the super away and put them towards the other two sizes the light flow, at least for me is the last day or two. The rest of the time the others are needed. Either way they will all get used but I thought it was kind of odd they'd put more of the supers than the other 2.

Which is what I needed right now i really didn't want to go to the store. And the value is insane 100% Recommend. I always tie a knot at the bottom of the string before insertion so removal is easy to find and to grip
