The box had both super and super plus which was good and I did not have to get another box for lighter days. Easy to store in my purse each applicator was individually wrapped. The tampons themselves are comfortable and easy to use, small enough to throw in your bag and carry discreetly.

I only experienced a slight leak when I wore it a lot longer than suggested. I always use a pantyliner as a back up but they were absorbent enough to go without. I would use them again.
