My favorite tampon is Tampax Pearl Ultra sized. It's a great product. The application is really no different than a super plus sized tampon. I have always had to wear this size because a lot of days I bleed through a super plus within an hour. High school through adult hood, Ultra has been the size I hunt for in the grocery store. The peace of mind is worth it. Tampon braids leak with any tampon brand so that doesn't bother me for the purposes of this review. It does the job it's supposed to, comfortably and true.

Tampax---WHY are you switching to plastic applicators??? I HATE THESE!! Please bring back the cardboard that i have been using for over 30 years. This new plastic junk is just that -junk!!! plus, when using this plastic junk, i no longer get the same protection as before. It's as if the tampon has literally shrunk. I do not like this product and can't find the cardboard applicators anymore. If i can't find the cardboard applicators, I will switch to the Diva Cup. Works longer and better anyway. Bring back the CARDBOARD,, Please.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remember when Tampax introduced Pearl tampons when I was a teen. They were the absolute best tampons to try when you're new to using them. They're super easy to use and waaay more comfortable than any cardboard or cheaper plastic applicators. It's nice that they expand like a barrel vs a blanket, those were the worst. This trio pack is great for the fluctuating flows many of us have. From Light to Super absorbency, you'll be covered during this wonderful time of the month. You can throw these in a purse/bag and not worry about it getting unwrapped in transit. Hands down, a reliable tampon with nice coverage.

I have not had any leakage from these which is a big deal! Tampax has always been a great brand but since they have redesigned their products they are better now than ever!
