It is really important to be able to adjust the needed absorbency and switch out when needed. Having the options in the same box is ideal. I never have an issue with leaking because I am able to use y he proper tampon when needed. Highly recommended.

I started my cycle at work and I had no pad . The only thing my coworker had was a tampon pearl. Since then I have used noting but tampax pearl. For 13 years until last month I bought the OB brand that are better for environment. It's was so painful and just not worth it. I do a lot to reduce, reuse and recycle . But during those days of the month it's all about me and my comfort and tampax pearl helps me forget that I am even on my cycle. And that's what a tampon should be about. Thanks Tampax love you.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's so nice to have a duo pack because Regular and super are the 2 I use the most for my monthly cycle. These tampons are very comfortable. I feel confident wearing them because they are absorbent and prevent any leakage. The wrappers is very quiet when opening as well, so that's another plus.

However, I tried these and they actually worked pretty well. I do not have enough courage to use them at the beginning because I would be changing them out too often but towards the end they did a great job. They were easy to use and I like how they have different sizes in one pack. That makes it insanely convenient for when the month is heavier than others.

I’m rarely worried about bleeding through. On extra heavy days, I can always bump up an absorbency level. Love these!
