the super tampons work really well for heavy flow. the pearl tampons are so soft and more comfortable .

I struggle with PCOS so my periods or irregular they can be super light or super heavy so being able to purchase a trio box instead of buying each size is great. I like that you can switch which ones you use on your lightest and heaviest days and even those medium days. They feel so light weight and comfortable, i even forget i have them in until i go to the bathroom.

Tampax Pearl in particular has def been my go to product for ever. I have never seemed to have any problems with leaks & I find them to be very comfortable throughout my period. Each absorbency level they provide handles well depending on my flow. I love the applicator on these ones, I find it to be one of the most comfortable & easiest to insert. Pretty much no feeling.
