They are comfortable to wear even for longer periods of time. I have experienced no discomfort while using them. The tampons themselves are super absorbent. I honestly don't have anything bad to say. I am more than happy with how easy they are to use and with how well they actually work.

I never get any leaks whenever I use this product because of the unique absorbent braid that gives you an early signal that your tampon needs changing. Application is a breeze and painful. Love this product and will continue using it as long as I need it.

My daughter and I have heavy cycles and were looking for a product that would help us and we came across this. Not only does my daughter feel great wearing them because of their comfort, she isn't so embarrassed when she goes out. I, myself, love them because of how absorbent they are.

I would've given this product 5 stars if I'd reviewed it when I first began using it. However, I agree with 1tampon1pad's review below. When I first bought these, I could go the full 12 hours, no leakage (removed as recommended). Now, I need to change every 6-8 hours. My flow is pretty much the same as when I first started using the Ultra. Thus, I'd concluded the same; they must have decreased the absorbency. This is still a better choice if you have a very heavy flow. However, I've always been partial to tampax and have never really tried anything else. Maybe it's time I give the "others" a try.

The protection was awesome and I was super excited about all of the varying options within one box! I love this feature! I would only recommend more visibility or differentiation between the sizes so I don’t have to hunt on the packaging.

If the right absorbency is used, they provide the right amount of protection. We've always been satisfied with Tampax.These tampons are our go-to for period protection.
