They are very easy to used and come with a plastic wrapper and you can use the wrappers to dispose of the applicators as well. They work great without any leaks. 5 stars.

One thing I love about Tampax Pearl tampons is the unique shape. They are wider at the base and narrower at the top, which makes them easy to insert and ensures a comfortable fit. I also appreciate that they come with a soft and flexible applicator that makes the insertion process a breeze. But the best part? These tampons work wonders in terms of leakage protection.

I didn't really like wearing tampons, until I started using these. If you have a heavy first few days, I would not use this then. But the medium-light flow days, or if you don't have a heavy flow in general, then I would absolutely recommend these. I've been using these for over a year now, and I don't regret it.

This is the best tampon EVER I was the girl that started wearing pads when I first started my period. Now I'm 20 years old and I know A LOT more like which tampon is the best to use and it the pearls. I LOVE THEM I never have to worry about leaks It feels like nothing is on. I work about 50 hours a weeks and when its the time of the month the last thing I need to be worrying about is if I'm leaking. I'm on my feet most of the day and even after 4 hours I know I'm safe. This is my box of pearls and its always going to be there for me :)

This is probably the best product I have ever used from Tampax. I fell in love with this product when I first used it. It has the comfort you want, and plus the the protection, and that are looking for, and the protection that you are given with this product is excellent. You don't have to worry about leakage. I would recommend this product to any girl or woman that is looking for something that is easy to use and has the best protection ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got these a few days into my cycle. I normally rotate from tampons to pads depending on how I feel. This is the first time trying the Tampax pearl. Mid way through my cycle it tends to be heavier. Sometimes I would double up on pads and tampons if my cycle is heavy. This is the first time I have not had to double up. I felt comfortable enough to wear them while wearing lighter colors. I'm on the fence about the plastic applicator. However they worked good, no accidents or anything. I would definitely try these again going forward.
