I use the regular as my as I don't have very heavy flows and it fits perfectly. The leak-guard protection gives an added peace of mind that I won't have any accidents. The applicator makes it very simple to put on and the string length does not make it hard to fish out. Very happy with this product.

I am on my 6th defected tampon from my box of 36. I'm not sure what has happened while in production of the plastic piece but they seem to be melted at the tip in which can hurt very much if you do not notice while putting the tampon in. This was my favorite brand. It's disappointing that they would sell such defected product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax pearl has been the only tampon that I have been able to use for years. They are comfortable and don't cause the issues for me that other tampons do. The applicator is much more comfortable than others especially the cardboard ones.

They don’t have any scent. Perfect size. Good package. All the benefits in one product.Great absorbency, can’t really ask for more. All in all a excellent product.

If we must use them; the least we could ask for is a smooth applicator. Haven’t experienced leaks or did discomfort.

I experienced zero leaks and nearly forgot that it was my time. These are also easy to carry so I can keep one in my bag for emergencies or daily use during that time.
