i have been using tampax pearl for 6 years. the smooth plastic insert's make it easy to use with little or no discomfort. for me it was only uncomfortable at first. because i was a virgin; which is way inserting it at first was uncomfortable. it really is the best source of protection i can find and its not expensive at all. you will enjoy it.

I have been a user of tampax for years and have always loved your product! May I suggest that you change the grip on the applicator. Sometimes I find it a little hard to insert but once inserted I love the protection and feel confident in this product! Also would love to see a super plus pearl compact . I am like everyone else. I've used other brands for whatever reason but or the past 3 years I've stuck to Tampax Pearl. ONLY Pearl, not even the regular Tampax. The Pearl brand is amazing. I never leak, they are really comfortable and I also love the fact that the paper wrap isn't there so it's impossible for the wrapper to break in my purse. I can never feel that I'm wearing one. Amazing! I'm even skeptical to try the new Radiant beause I'm so hooked.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used the Tampax brand of tampons since I started wearing tampons and they, to me, have THE best leak protection. I like that I don't have to worry about staining my clothes even during times I don't wear a liner or have one with me. The regular tamps work great for someone with a light to moderate flow. The packaging makes it easier to dispose of the plastic applicator. The fit is just right as well. My only complaint is that the applicator has a round grip area that is sometimes hard to really get a grip on and I'm hoping to see that change.
