I'm happy that Tampax Pearl is always available in a box of Lites. And they are perfect for me. The only thing I wish is that the applicator was longer so it would go in far enough without me having to push some of the grip in with it just to place it high enough. Because if not I can feel the Braided string. Overall great for me. :)

I absolutely LOOVE the Tampax pearl products! Since I tried the tampons for the first time in 2002, I've been addicted. Prior to using Tampax pearl, I never even used tampons, due to the fact that I never seemed to be able to figure out the right way to use them. Tampons always felt really uncomfortable, until I found Tampax pearl. My only problem is that I live in Norway, so since I moved back home after graduating from Emerson College in Boston in 2004, I had to have friends in the US send them to me. I recently found out that they have been introduced on the Spanish market, but they are yet to appear in stores here in Norway, which I really regret. I hope to see them here very soon. I am 1000% sure that they would sell really well here in Norway, and since other Tampax products are on the Norwegian market, why not Tampax pearl??

when I stopped using pads I immediately wento tampax pearl. (plastic) @ first I was a lil scared, but now I am like an expert when it comes to using Tampons. They are so confortable, I literally do not feel anything, and they protect me to the fullest! I have been using TAMPAX tampons since I was 14 years old. I am now 41. I have been using tampax pearl for a few months. In Jan 2011 I was changing my tampon and the string is the only thing that came out. I thought it was a fluke so I used another and it happened AGAIN! I threw that NEW box of super pearls away. Today I had the same thing happen again. The strings are not holding on to the tampon they just slide right off. This is rediculous. I feel like I am stuck at home because I fear going out and the string not doing its job AGAIN! This is OUTRAGEOUS!

REALLY, IT IS SUPER EASY TO INSERT & THAT'S BECAUSE IT HAS A PLASTIC INSERT! VERY SMART!! ALSO IT ISN'T UNCOMFORTABLE, WELL AT LEAST NOT AFTER A FEW TIMES FOR "TAMPON VIRGINS" AS I LIKE TO CALL IT HEHE BUT NO, REALLY IT IS THE BEST! Great plastic applicator. Great wrapper design that doesn't open in your purse. Great absorption with no leaking.The one major flaw is that it's way too difficult to insert far enough. If it's not in far enough, I can feel it and it's uncomfortable. If I do manage to insert far enough, I have to get really messy fingers . This does not work in a public restroom!! I was dreading having to change my tampon because it's such an ordeal. Unfortunately, my first try was with the purchase of a huge box at a warehouse. Don't buy.

This is the best tampon on the market I have been using tampax since I was 12 they are so comfortable don't even know I wearing one easy to insert and easy to remove although I also wear a pantieliner to save my panties just in case there is a leak and this work out very well for me.Thank you tampax for making my period more bearable. My next move is to try the menstrual cup my sisters love their cups.

I have purchased light tampons in the past and this is my first time purchasing the Pearl. I am shocked by how fat the applicator is . It is very uncomfortable. When compared to other brands 'super "size, your light applicator is larger. I can't even imagine how large the applicator is for your larger sizes! I will never purcahse the Pearl again.

I've been a user of Tampax cardboard tampons for years but have been having a hard time finding them, so decided to try the Pearls. Boy, I'm telling you I would rather use the store brand than buy these again. The grip for insertion is too short and makes it difficult for me to grab. Then, I can't quite insert the tampon as deep as I want, so it isn't comfortable while inserted and even sticks out a bit and we know what happens when it sticks out, don't we?? A mess. I prefer the cardboard because it's biodegradable and I can check the tampon to see that it is fresh (no mold) and don't have to carry it to dispose of it in public rest rooms. YUCK. Will never use these again.
