I highly prefer the plastic applicator too, with the rounded end that these have, it's much easier to use than cardboard ones. As long as you wear the correct size, you shouldn't have any issues! I definitely recommend these if you're new to plastic tampons as well.

The tampons have form fitting technology that allows them to expand to fit your body's shape so that they won't fall out while you're being active. The Pearl tampons also have a leak guard braided removal string that helps to absorb potential leaks, but the string isn't so thick that's it uncomfortable. I love that the tampons are free of dyes, perfumes, and bleach so I feel confident that I'm not putting any harmful and unnecessary chemicals into my body. Tampax Pearl tampons can be used for eight hours and offer excellent protection, comfort and safety. I highly recommend them!

I really love these tampons. I recently started using tampax pearl plastic about a year ago, and I can't imagine using another brand. They can be inserted extremely easily, and only occasionally do I get a VERY small leak. I can always rely on them, and I plan on using them for a very long time!! Thanks tampax :) p.s. I've tried 4 different brands (including generic) and these are the most comfortable. I'm on birth control so my periods are usually light. But sometimes mother nature throws me a curve ball and that's why I lovelovelove the triple packs. The protection they provide is amazing.
