I like the round applicator but the Tampax is not good. I like the Tampax that is in the cardboard. The pearl Tampax has a weak string and it's not strong and hard to find. I use the superplus and the Tampax doesn't absorb as well as the cardboard Tampax. The pearl I end up leaking. I've been using Tampax brand through out my life but the pearl I do not like. I'm going back to the cardboard of Tampax.

My regular tampons were not in stock so I was reading all the boxes and I saw the Tampax Pearl box. I believe these were the closest to my regular brand. After using them, they are amazing. It is easy to open the package, the applicator is sleek and small, and I really do feel the absorbency was great! I was not worried I was going to leak throughout the day. One issue I would say is that the braided string held a lot of liquid so it was annoying to not change the tampon every time I went to the bathroom.

I never have that feeling that I’m using a tampon. I always have a box in every bathroom and my car just in case. Not only do I appreciate it, my friends do too. The packaging is discreet enough to have in a purse and the applicator collapses nicely so it’s easy to throw away.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Tampax pearl has been my go to product for many years and it has yet to disappoint. The applicator is easy to use and the tampon Is very absorbent, I use the regular on my lighter days like days 3-5 and the super for the heavier beginning few days. They work well and I'm happy with this product.

I used the pearl super and regular for the first time and was pretty impressed. Very comfortable to use, I hardly noticed it was even there. The protection of the super could be a little better, but it is adequate enough to get the job done. My favorite feature is the contoured applicator, makes it very easy to hold and manuver. The plastic applicator is easy to use and goes in without any problem. Another awesome thing is the wrapper and how you can pull it apart easily without ripping up the thing, plus you can put the applicator back in and wrap it up to throw out.
