I first picked up Tampax Pearl about 4-5 years ago and have loved them since trying them. Yeah they are sometimes a bit more expensive but when it comes to comfort, security, ease of use and even odor protection, i haven't found one better. I once asked my mom to pick some up on her way to my house, she got the wrong kind...didn't even get Tampax. I needed them pretty bad but couldn't bear to use anything but pearl because i didn't like the way they felt. I had to put toilet paper in my underwear so i could go return them and get my Pearls. I don't ask her to get my pearls anymore, and i don't get anything but Pearls.

I live a fast paced, very active life of a college freshman. While in High School, I realized that Tampax Pearl was an excellent product to keep me from worrying about volleyball games, and other high school activities. This is one product that has followed me into my college life, and has never let me down. Let's face it --- the monthly "visit" is not something any girl enjoys --- but with a product like Tampax Pearl, it certainly takes the hassle and worry out of going on with your life !!!

Tampax Pearls are the best tampon. I have tried numerous brands and nothing is as simple and comfortable as the Pearl. Half the battle with the tampon is ease of use and comfort, and Pearl exceeds the mark. They also hold up extremely well as far as absorbency. I will always use Pearls for this particular need.

I was a tampax user forever, back when they were made with the original disposable cardboard applicators, and without a disfuctional fancy leakguard apron. It was just good protection you could always count on, always insert, and flush the applicator. I no longer buy any of the Tampax products, as having tried all of the new options, none of them work for me. I don't have a problem with a plastic applicator, but you have to be able to grab it to insert. I love a compact tampon, but the Compaks are awful. You can never insert them that they stay in. Bring the old ones back and I'll be back.

I hate the pearl tampon applicator. I prefer the cardboard applicator. The pearl applicator is too short and most of time it gets wet and slippery so that you can not get it to work properly. So you end up with the half of the tampon sticking out. I think they are more expensive then the cardboard applicator and it does not even work as well.

I'm am very disappointed in the new Tampax Pearl. I have been a life long user of Tampax and love the old style. These are uncomfortable, the applicator is too short and it is plastic as well as the wrapper. I am having trouble finding the traditional tampons as I live in a small town and I have only seen the new Pearl. I will have to switch brands, but I have not liked any other brand I have tried. I may have to use pads...yuck!!!

Who likes having a period?? I know I don't but I do know that the Tampax pearls are amazing! You can't feel them and you can still go on with your day without worries!! I buy the Tampax pearls and only the Tampax pearls. When I believe and like a product I stick to that product!

I recently bought the pearl tampon by mistake, (I usually use the "cardboard"), and I must say how disappointed I am in your product. I find the smell offensive and stinky. I also noticed that the new tampon doesnot last as long, now I'm changing my tampon every 3 hours as compared to four. I don't want to add any more plastic waste to our environment. I wish I could ask for a refund, but like I said, I bought the pearl by mistake and can not find the store receipt. Please tell me you are not discontuing the card board tampons! Yes, please contact me, and bring back the cardboard tampon without the smell.!!!

I normally use another brand, but i was in desperate need. i grabbed these because i heard so much about them. i would not buy again. the applicator is stiff where it wont insert the product. i have to either push the applicator 1/3rd of the way outside of my body before attempting at inserting it, or i have to take the entire tampon out of the applicator and use my hands. not only that, the string is not knotted at the end, and i have broken off many strings trying to pull it back out because of this, and have a hard time gripping it without it being knotted at the end.

The worst tampon I ever used!!! First of all, they are uncomfortable because of the 2 way expand design. The applicator is more comfortable than the tampon itself. Second of all, they failed me all 3 times I used them and I had to use extra protection to help with the leaks. I went to kotex sport because of these.
