Was using Sams detergent with no problem. Then all of a sudden I had hives on and off for a few months. Tried a small package of the pods. So far so good. I have an LG washing machine. 2 pods for a large load and one for smaller ones. Disolves just fine. Went to Sams and they had three dollars off the large container. Since my arthritis is getting worse in my hands these are very easy to use. One exception. I could not open the cap on the large container. The small pak I bought was in a vaccum pak. Had to pry open with a butter knife. They could make that easier for those who have arthritis.

Not sure what keeps happening. I just ordered two of these and had the same problem. When opening the new container for the first time, the pods inside were slimey and gooey. I guess some pods broke open at some point or not sure if they are slowing disintegrating or what. Going to return again. Haven’t ever had this problem before.

Mine developed a white powdery mold on pods. Anyone experienced that?

The plastic covering the detergent is extremely thin. Haven't popped one yet but I hold them like eggs haha.

I finally have relief after discovering that it was the Sams “tide” generic pods making me break out in hives. These are great and clean just as well without the side effects.

When using with cold the casing of the pod doesn’t dissolve and we often find residue stuck to clothing or the ring of our front loader. We use two for large loads. Fine for warm, but don’t want to always wash on warm.

We’ve used this laundry detergent since the birth of our twin boys. It cleans well and we have no issues with skin irritations. It’s a much better bargain than having to buy a separate detergent for our babies. Definitely recommend.
