I got costant emails letting me know when my order has been shipped, where it was. I even received an email after it has been delivered.

Do NOT order this expecting the pencils to be already sharpened. Twice I received unsharpened pencils.

Delivery terrible, product good. Item literally dropped at front door. Unwrapped for porch pirates to take. Products should be packaged somehow.
