[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My kids(ages 16,12, and 10) all preferred mechanical pencils. Why? They said that the regular wood pencils they were used too would break or the the lead would fall out after sharpening. Well I was tired of having to buy the lead for the mechanical pencils so I decided to try these. Great right out of the box! Love that they all come pre-sharpened. Makes things so much easier. My kids and and all took a pencil. I used it all day at work, and they used it all day at school. All of us had no issues sharpening or writing with them. Truly very well made pencils.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pencils write so smooth and are very sturdy. My kids use them all the time for homework and they seem to withstand the 8yr old not breaking them when he uses them. Will buy again and recommend them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was recently given the opportunity to try Ticonderoga #2 Sharpened Pencils. These are great pencils! The best thing is that they come pre sharpened! Also, the lead doesn't keep breaking off every time you sharpen them. They are strong and write nicely! These are my go to pencils. I buy them often and will continue to!

These were the pencils that school wanted. One of the better prices for it but found the same pack cheaper at Sams Club. Just know you’ll have to sharpen them.

I shopped several stores in my area and Sam's Club had the best price anywhere on these Ticonderoga pencils , Thank you Sams Club for helping me save money!

Was buying school supplies for my three elementary aged children and thought it would be better to buy in a large quantity but it turned out my local Wal-Mart was selling the smaller quantity at a better value:(

I’ve been a teacher for 19 years. And I’ve used Ticonderoga pencils for many years. I buy them myself when I can’t get parents to send them because they save so much time and aggravation. This is an absolute steal—-96 for $5!!

I consider the Dixon Ticonderoga pencils some of the best there are for school age child use. The service provided by Walmart for the rest of the order the pencils were included in was marginal.
