I've used 5 hours for years for long days or road trips. I don't use it consistently, which is probably why my body responds well to the extra boost. I make sure not to overeat or wait until I'm deathly tired...that's when it seems to work best.

I drink a bottle of this every day. My B12 level used to be very low and I used to have to get B12 shots. My body absorbs liquid vitamins better and I noticed this product has a good amount of B12 in it, so after using this a while, I had my doctor test my B12 level and it was great! He asked me what I was doing and I told him I was taking the 5-Hour Energy shots. He said, "well, that's not something I would want written up in the medical journals." Lol. So, take at your own risk....it just works great for me.

This product has great flavors to choose from. It does like it says "Last 5 hrs.". My boyfriend and I rely on this product daily to get us moving for work. It just gives you that extra pep to keep you moving and/or to get you to move for the day. We prefer the Berry flavor.

If you use these at all you know that they can cost $5 each if you buy them one at a time at a gas station or grocery store. Sam's is the ONLY way these won't break the bank. We buy them here and take them with us every where. I highly recommend Sam's for these!

These are very useful for maintaining alertness on long automobile trips, so long as their use is not abused. Make sure you stop and get a suitable amount of rest and sleep during any 24-hour period, as the long-term effects of excessive fatigue, like pushing straight through for 36-48 hours is definitely self-defeating. If you absolutely positively MUST get there fast, take a plane and rent a car at the other end.

Buy it all the time when they have it even in the morning when I first wake up I take one because sometimes my off just don’t want to miss so I drink water too and I do pretty good specially after I eat something for breakfast and try to do something for lunch I can usually get my move on all day I’m just abled so sometimes because of all the meds I take I just need a little help and this helps me I hope it can help you

It's been 11 days since I ordered this, and still have not received it, and no response from Sams when I try to find out what is going on!

It is good for a pick me up but to me has become overpriced....I don't buy as often anymore. I wish the Members Mark version was still being sold
