Works great ! I’ve been using 5 hour energy now 27 years now. I was having low energy due to the human body not processing B12 when you get into your 40’s . I’m 74 years old now and still using it. I quit drinking coffee in the morning and substituted it with 5 hour energy.

I've used 5 hours for years for long days or road trips. I don't use it consistently, which is probably why my body responds well to the extra boost. I make sure not to overeat or wait until I'm deathly tired...that's when it seems to work best.

A recent YouTube doctor's report stated that you should never take more than 10 mg per day of vitamin B6. 5-hour energy has 40 mg per bottle. That would limit you to about one swig per bottle per day and would seriously effect the other helpful ingredients of the product.

Tastes bad- I almost returned them but didn’t want to go through the hassle

Guess we're done with Sams, a driver stole my delivery order and cancelled it 30 minutes after the delivery time passed. Spent 4 hours on the phone trying to get a refund and was yelled at by the call center agents in India. Yeah, i am donr at Sams, I have a family of 7 total, so, Sams used to be good.

The price on this item is going crazy, way too costly
