A recent YouTube doctor's report stated that you should never take more than 10 mg per day of vitamin B6. 5-hour energy has 40 mg per bottle. That would limit you to about one swig per bottle per day and would seriously effect the other helpful ingredients of the product.

Caution on the use of 5-hour energy.

Works great ! I've been using 5 hour energy now 27 years now. I was having low energy due to the human body not processing B12 when you get into your 40's . I'm 74 years old now and still using it. I quit drinking coffee in the morning and substituted it with 5 hour energy.
