[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second one I bought. The first one was 5 years ago and had to have a Dongle. This one doesn't and it works great. Good improvement.

I've had three of these now and they are not so magic. They stop recognizing the TV after a couple of uses. I've gone through all of the trouble shooting that I've found online. We can not access our smart tvs streaming features.

After a few years of use this Remote is still too "slippery" in the sense that moves awkwardly on the screen and it constantly has to be readjusted to find the target. If I may add: Back light the keys for easy use in the dark, such as when watching a movie at night.

By mistake I put my original remote control into a cup of coffee, next to my remote control box. Of course the remote was destroyed. This replacement does exactly what the original remote did! This is a KEEPER! I also moved my coffee cup to another location.

I bought the remote as a replacement for the original one that came with my TV. There was nothing wrong with it but I wanted a backup just in case. I like the way it sits in my hand. I really like the pointer function. It's makes typing so much easier than a normal remote. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is because the buttons are not backlit. Having said that, the buttons are easy to identify once you get used to the remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this a while ago now but wanted to write this after the cable guy came in to setup a new receiver and my smart remote was already woking magic on the new box to turn it on.needless to say he was also impressed with it.

I bought this remote because the LG UHD TV I bought from Sam's came with a remote that does not integrated with Directv unlike Samsung. This remote is great for internet and app navigation but terrible to navigate tv channels. I have to point to several directoions and apply pressure on the buttons to get to a specific numbered channel. There is also a lag whenever you change the channel. Overall, I would not recommend this remote unless you need it for internet and app navigation alone.

My remote control for my LG OLEG disappeared no clue, no trace . Bought one on line it felt poorly made several of its features would stick and continue for example channels try to go up one channel and you would not need the channel guide as you would get to see all the channels in rapid succession.The volume was also run away. Bought one from LG and all is well.

This replacement remote allowed us to enjoy our LG TV again.
