Not working properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought C8 PUA 77in OLED TV during November,2018. The remote is very fragile and not operating smoothly.I have to try multiple time to move the pointer.I am thinking of returning back.

Not a remote for cat owners.

Wish I could test out the remote better but the pointer curser is like catnip to the cats. The second it shows up on the screen they run to chase it. I'm hoping they don't scratch the tv before I can get them off the furniture. Frustrating.

it says that the new remote cant be registered so magic doesnt work. how do i ifx this is it still reading the old remote ?
