A truly "Magic" remote. It is the most intelligent remote It has an intelligent voice control that outclasses Alexa. Works best of course with an LG TV

Everything works except the cursor,pointer. It worked for about 5 seconds and then nothing. Is this a defective magic remote? Is it in the TV? Expensive stuff for it to not work. I'm bummed

I have tried remote reset, replacing batteries but the remote is still unstable and there is no physical on/off button on the TV...if you don't have the remote, no tv

I purchased 2 remotes for 2 TV's they work great. I tried cheap knockoffs, what a pain. they never worked right skipping channels, volume worked sometimes, etc. you get what you pay for, right.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I accidently put this remote in the washer and didn't realize until I moved my clothes to the dryer. I put some new batteries in it and it still worked. Magic Remote indeed.

We have a 65OLED LG TV with this remote. We hate it the remote. (1) It is ergonomically designed to fit in your hand, but guess what? You put it down, you don't sit with it in your hand for hours, and when you put it down, it rolls and falls to the floor. Mine fell & broke 2 days after purchasing, they replaced for free. It's fallen many times since. (2) The "magic" mouse? It's terrible. When the pink pointer activates, it flies all over the screen, & trying to get it pointed on something on the screen is like trying to cage a wild animal. It's just bizarre, we sit & wait until the pink pointer de-activates after a minute & then we can use the remote. I thought they'd have changed it by now as our TV is 7 years old. As well, the colors on the TV change from intense to light, every few days, yet the settings remain the same (I've checked). I'll NEVER buy another LG TV.

This is my second LG Oled TV. First was a 65C6 now I have a 65C8. The remote with the 2016 C was aluminum and rubber a quality remote. The one that came with my 2018 C is a all plastic! Two reasons 1) It's all shiny plastic that will slip off of any smooth surface. A TV with a plastic remote, REALLY? 2) You put the NETFLIX button right next to and underneath the BACK button. Why is this a big deal? The back button is used 100 times more than any other button on the remote. What a coincidence that you happen to put it under the back button. So every time I click on the back button I have to be careful not to hit the Netflix button so it doesn't start Netflix and cause me to have to shut down Netflix and re-open the program/device I was using! What a shame because the TV is awesome but this remote makes the experience inferior for one of the highest priced TV's on the market.

Other reviews seem not to focus on this actual remote, which works perfectly with the 2018 43 inch LG 4K HDTV that we purchased. It works just as well as the LG Magic Remote that came with our 65 inch model. Purchasing a silicone case from a third party vendor makes this a near-perfect remote control in my view.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This remote is totally alien to the DirectV remote used on the last LG tv. It disconnected the Directv remote and satilite box andis there was no hard manual to clarify its use. It is hard to evaluate an item when you can't program it.
