Definitely fast acting, helped alot with my Heartburn when I was on the go. Therefore it is very good to take with you on the go. I would not improve this product anymore then it is already. Very affordable and within my price range. Would recommend this.

I have GERD and ran out of my normal heartburn medication so my boyfriend actually bought pepcid ac and yes it works really good but now I am taking 3 of them just until I get back in my regular medication. But this is a great product highly recommend.

I have used this product off an on for the last couple years. It works fairly well for nighttime heartburn. The one complaint I have is it causes hair loss. When I start using it I notice more hair loss after about 6 weeks. If I stop using it I notice less hair loss after about 6 weeks. If you look online for Pepcid drug side effects it will list Hair loss as a side effect.

When comparing the heartburn relieving aids we tried, this one seems to work the best. It often allows our poor choices (eating greasy food too late at night) to be remedied enough to allow me to sleep. So, it's my choice to fix my other poorer choices.
