Like this for breading all sorts of fish. does not leave residue in your cooking oil like corn meal does yet breaded coating is very simular to corn meal. have been using since 2019 and like it a lot.

I. Love this seasoning and coating. I use it on seafood and chicken pork. It need no more seasoning. Crispy fried foods excellent product and cannot beet price.

I've used the product for years. Great for fish. Walmart failed to email me when the product came in but no big deal. Good price, Costco is better but they don't have it all the time. Overall, thumbs up.

Perfect batter and seasoned very well. I always just batter my fish and do not add additional seasoning, because the seasoning in the batter is sufficient.

I have been using this fish-fry for at least 15 years. It is the best seasoning that you can use. It enhances the flavor so well. The crust on whatever it is used on is excellent.

Tried this tonight on pork cutlets, family loved it, I read the reviews on this before purchasing, alot of folks said it wasn't very spicy, some said it was- My husband only likes mild spice if any and, he loved it. He said there is a mild bite but not noticeable to him, in fact he thinks it will be great on fried chicken! I love the way it coats meat and actually sticks to the meat and it fry's up beautifully. Next time I probably will add a bit more pepper but, Its salted perfectly-and not too much,so no need for any more salt! Absolutely love this product and will be using it from now on! ❤️
