I don't only use this product for fish, but I use it to fry chicken, lobsters, crabs, etc. I like the product because it is preseasoned. This cut preparation time.

We love this fish fry! All Zatarains products are good, but this one is wonderful! When the price doubled, we started mixing my own. When it went back down, I ordered 2 jars and will keep extra on hand always.

I have been using this fish-fry for at least 15 years. It is the best seasoning that you can use. It enhances the flavor so well. The crust on whatever it is used on is excellent.

Excellent product been using for years also great product for breading chicken. Disappointed that it was not available in store as in the past. A jar last for years so disappointed that I had to buy 2 jars not just a single.

Love the fish fry. I add a plastic scoop then scoop into a plastic bag for easy breading. I just wish it didn’t stick to the pan. Love the ample container size too and reuse them for other breading mixes.

Great product, value priced! This will be the best breading you ever use. Fish, calamari, onion rings, chicken, pork, whatever you want to use it for. I even bake (low and slow at first - then a quick broil for crispness) with success.

The family loves this coating on fish, onions, chicken & more. Baked or fried it's all good. Great deal, much better than buying the small packs at the local grocery store.

Tried this tonight on pork cutlets, family loved it, I read the reviews on this before purchasing, alot of folks said it wasn't very spicy, some said it was- My husband only likes mild spice if any and, he loved it. He said there is a mild bite but not noticeable to him, in fact he thinks it will be great on fried chicken! I love the way it coats meat and actually sticks to the meat and it fry's up beautifully. Next time I probably will add a bit more pepper but, Its salted perfectly-and not too much,so no need for any more salt! Absolutely love this product and will be using it from now on! ❤️
