The box is not good when I left up the box everything comes out from the bottom of the box. The person whom pack the box do a lousy job. He/she me not like job.

Box came and all three canisters were crushed on the bottom and leaking...0 packing materials in box...am planning on returning..just have not had time yet.

We love hot chocolate and Swiss Miss with marshmallows is our favorite. It's great to be able to measure out exactly how much you like in your individual cup vs the packets.

Love the product but received damaged, I think it was sent from Sam's that way, don't think the tin could have been that damaged the way it was shipped. Would have given 5 stars if not damaged.

Hot chocolate junkie here! Have a mug that holds 2 cups, and it's perfect for enjoying my Swiss Miss while I watch TV in the evenings. Love having the big container, so there's no waste with individual packets. Many thanks!

Delicious rich hot cocoa in minutes. Always keep some on hand during winter for our hot cocoa station. Quick and easy to make in the microwave using milk or water. Highly recommend.

I prefer buying Swiss Miss milk chocolate mix in bulk. Since I make a "cup" of milk chocolate in a 16 oz. cup, the packets of mix are too much bother. I like the bulk Swiss Miss for my evening cup of hot chocolate.

Love this product because you can use as little or as much a you want, no prepackaged amount to threaten the chocolatey-ness of your warm drink. You get a lot more for a lot less.

I bought this to make cocoa for my classes during Christmastime. I made cocoa for 60 ish kids two days in a row and still have over half the canister left. Two scoops in a styrofoam small cup was perfect. Always a good taste from this maker also.
